Being originally established as the Manufacturing and Distribution Working Group in 1998, it has helped to unite the legal framework for business and investment activities of both local and foreign enterprises through its involvement in the process of building the common investment and enterprise laws, close operation with the Government and associations in the adaption of new regulations with regard to WTO commitments and utilisation of its benefits. The Working Group’s current activities covers wide range of legal/ policy aspects, such as technology transfer, PPP, cybersecurity, and LOI/ LOE.
