🎯The Value Added Tax Draft Law (Amended) (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft Law”) has been initiated by the Ministry of Finance and is expected to be discussed at the upcoming National Assembly’s Session in May 2024.
🎯 Value Added Tax (VAT) is among the most important tax policies with broad-reaching implications for most individuals and businesses. Given the importance of this Draft Law and the significant interest from businesses, VBF will organize a workshop for in-depth discussion with a focus on FDI relevant issues.
🎯 From the government side, representatives of relevant Departments from the General Department of Tax, Ministry of Finance, the National Assembly, and the Office of the Government are expected to attend the event.
