🔹 We are pleased to share the successful courtesy meeting between the National Assembly’s Economic & Financial Committee (NAEFC) and the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), co-chaired by Mr. Phan Van Mai, Chairman of the NAEFC, and Mr. Michael Vu Nguyen, VBF Co-Chair on 30 Oct 2025 at the National Assembly Office.
🔹 The meeting was joined by key NAEFC delegates and representatives from VBF Chambers and Working Groups. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to discuss a cooperation plan between VBF and NAEFC, aiming to enhance public–private dialogue and strengthen collaboration in the policy and legislative process.
🔹 The NAEFC, a key committee of the National Assembly, plays an essential role in appraising draft laws and resolutions on economic management, finance, land, banking, and business activities—areas central to Vietnam’s sustainable growth and investment environment.
🔹 VBF appreciates the constructive exchange and the Committee’s recognition of the business community’s contributions to Vietnam’s development. We look forward to working closely with NAEFC to promote practical, evidence-based recommendations that support inclusive and resilient economic progress.
