| Yesterday morning in Hanoi, the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) convened its first General Alliance Meeting (GAM) of 2026, with the participation of all VBF Members Chambers.
As a biannual meeting under the VBF governance framework, the General Alliance Meeting provides a platform for Chambers to exchange information, raise business concerns and advocacy priorities, and discuss matters related to the operation and direction of the VBF Alliance.
The meeting focused on these key agenda items:
➡️ Reviewing recent VBF activities and advocacy initiatives;
➡️ Discussing on the VBF mechanism to explore opportunities for closer cooperation in the coming months and strengthening internal communication to ensure timely and effective sharing of VBF updates and advocacy developments across the Alliance; and
➡️ Providing an update on the VBF financial status and membership contributions.
