The Education and Training Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF), established in 2007, was created to tackle the business community’s concerns regarding the shortage of high-quality human resources in Vietnam.

This group collaborates closely with the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) and other relevant Government agencies to improve the quality and relevance of education and training programs, especially in sectors vital to economic development. They prioritize developing curricula that prepare graduates with the essential knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes needed to be “work ready” and to contribute effectively in the workforce.

By maintaining continuous cooperation with government bodies and the private sector, the Education and Training Working Group strives to support Vietnam in building a highly skilled workforce that can sustain the country’s economic growth and enhance its global competitiveness
