In preparation for the Annual VBF 2020 taking place on 13th October, VBF Investment & Trade WG, Tourism WG, and Human Resources WG co-organised an open discussion with relevant Government authorities to better understand Government’s viewpoints on cross-border mobility solutions which facilitate Vietnam to open up more quickly in the new normal. The discussion will also help to provide useful inputs/ ideas for the mentioned WGs to develop reports/ recommendations presented at the upcoming Forum.
Talking points delivered in the meeting include Entry permission & safety requirements in the Covid-19:
- – Sharing regional best practices and suggestions for Vietnam;
- – New draft regulations on recruiting and managing Vietnamese employees working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam;
- – Policies needed to reboot the tourism sector;
- – etc.
