The Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) is having a technical meeting with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Vietnam to discuss solutions for completing procedures and expediting the implementation of investment projects.
Moderated by Mr. , and Mr. Duc Tran, & , the discussions are centered around procedures from the stage of investment preparation to operations, including: investment planning formulation, investment policy approval, investor selection, project approval, incorporation, site clearance, land allocation – land lease – change of land use purpose, construction, natural resources and environment, labor, fire protection and other relevant procedures, etc.
The meeting is in line with the MPI OL . 3117/Đ- 24 2024 requesting inputs from business associations/ investors on the same topic.
VBF will consolidate its members’ issues and officially submit to the MPI after the meeting.
