Responding to concerns from VBF Chambers and their member companies, the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) Alliance is pleased to convene an Inter-Ministerial Dialogue on Human Resources & Tax & Customs on 14 August 2026, chaired by Ministry of Finance, bringing together 4 Ministries, 9 Departments and VBF Chambers, Chambers’ members to discuss practical regulatory issues and explore solutions that support a more competitive business environment.
WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED?
1.Session 1 | Draft Decree replacing Decree No. 219/2025/ND-CP
This session will focus on discussing practical issues that may arise during the implementation of the new Decree replacing Decree No. 219/2025/ND-CP, with particular emphasis on matters relating to intra-corporate transferees and the interaction between labor, tax, social insurance and investment regulations.
2. Session 2 | Labour outsourcing
This session will focus on enhancing the regulatory framework governing labour outsourcing to better address businesses’ need for a flexible workforce in the context of an evolving labour market and global supply chains.
